Happy Memorial Day!

Today, we celebrated Memorial Day in Dacula. Dad and I cheered Mom on as she ran the 5K. Then we stayed to watch the parade. I've never seen so many tractors in one place! We ended the morning by checking out all the booths in downtown Dacula. I met 2 other Bostons there (they were cute, but not as cute as me!). All that made for an exhausting morning. When we got home, Dad and I crashed!

Hanging Out with Family and Friends

Sean, Jacey, Avery, and Owen are in town. I have missed them, so it's been fun to catch up. Today we had a cookout at Memaw and Pawpaw's house. All of our friends and family were there. It was rare that I slowed down long enough to take a picture, but here's one of me getting a big hug from Avery.

By the end of the day, I was completely exhausted! It was a lot of fun, but I'm ready for bed!

My Mema went to Hilton Head and All I Got...

...was this great t-shirt! Mema and Vance went to Hilton Head a couple of weeks ago and brought me a souvenir from The Salty Dog Cafe. I had a great time modeling it tonight. Thanks, Mema!

Home Again

Mom and Dad went to Gatlinburg this weekend on a Sunday School marriage retreat. I spent one night at the vet and then Memaw and PawPaw came to pick me up. On their way home today, Mom and Dad stopped at one of the entrances of the Appalachian Trail. A few months ago they read a book (A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson) about hiking the AT, and they thought it was cool to see references to the places in the book.

As much as I love staying with Memaw and PawPaw, I was excited when Mom and Dad came to pick me up.

They brought me a new toy. Actually, they said something about it being a prize they won playing the Not-So-Newlywed Game!

Fun Day with Dad

I got to spend the day running errands with Dad today. While we were out, we took lunch to Mom at school. I got to visit with a class of 6th graders while they were working in the computer lab. They thought it was cool that a dog came to visit!

After church, Mom and Dad took me to the park. It was a beautiful day, but I was ready for some water after a long walk.
