San Antonio Pt. 2

Mom and Ashley are having a great time in San Antonio! They have been spending time at the River Walk. Here's a picture of Mom on one of the many pretty balconies.

They bought postcards to send to Kannapolis because they wanted to use the fun mail slot in their hotel. After Ashley dropped them here on the 8th floor, they fell to the mailbox in the lobby below. Can you tell they're easily amused?!?

San Antonio

Mom sent this picture from her first day in San Antonio. She and Ashley were easily impressed by their fancy hotel. Their room has 2 bathrooms! She'll send more updates later.

Trip to Memaw and Pawpaw's

Mom left today for her Girls' Trip to San Antonio. That means I get to spend a few days with Memaw and Pawpaw. Can you tell that I'm excited to be here?!?

I'm King of the World!

The boat now has a new home in the side yard. (I bet the neighbors are happy that it's out of the driveway.)

I don't like it when Dad starts packing bags. He keeps talking about Texas and wild turkeys. Is this a trip I get to make?

Happy Easter!

Whew! It's been a busy afternoon. We went to Memaw and Paw Paw's house for Easter lunch. Aunt Betty, Aunt Lori, Uncle Art, and Leslie were all there. I tried to be really good while everyone was at the dinner table.

When it was time to go, I was worried that Mom and Dad were going to leave me there. I love to visit Memaw and Paw Paw, but I also like to go home with Mom and Dad!

After that, I went to visit my friends Valerie, Lauren, and Andrea. Lauren didn't want to play, but I had a great time with Valerie and Andrea! (It helped that they gave me a treat to keep me happy!)

When it was time to go, Valerie gave me lots of hugs!

After that, we made a quick trip to visit Baby Micah. Mom says he's too little for me to play with, so I stayed in the truck. Maybe I'll get to take pictures with him when he's a little older.

Life is Good!

See...I told you I would sleep like a king! This new bed is awesome!

Maiden Voyage

After a quick shopping trip to by Walker and me life vests, we took Dad's new boat out for a test run. How can I get some cool sunglasses like Walker's?

Hunting for Easter Eggs

Mom and Dad came home last night with a TON of Easter eggs for their Sunday School egg hunt. They gave me a few to play with so that I wouldn't feel left out. I didn't get to go with them today; they said it was too wet from all of this weekend's crazy storms in Atlanta.

It's Here!

Wow! Look how much room I have in Mom and Dad's new bed! I'm gonna' sleep like a king.

Where's the Bed?

I'm ready to go to sleep, but the room doesn't look right. Dad got more painting done today, so maybe things will be back to normal soon. Good night!

Uh oh!

The furniture store called today to say that Mom and Dad's new bed is ready to be delivered. Dad and I got busy painting so the room would be ready!

For now, we are sleeping in the green room. Good night!

Lazy Sundays

After church today, Brent and Christy came to visit. They had a good time checking out Dad's new toy.


Then Mom and Dad took me for a walk in the park. I tried to make a good friend, but he kept
hissing at me!

Progress again

The guest bedroom paint is done and today Mom and Dad started to move the furniture back in place.

It's Been a Busy Day!

Dad left the house really early this morning. I got in my own bed while Mom got ready for work.

When Dad got home, he had this cool new toy to climb around on! He said we'd have to take better pictures tomorrow in the daylight.

Ready for Easter!

Not much has happened around the house this weekend...I've been home by myself a lot. When they came home today, Mom and Dad brought me this cool new toy and a t-shirt for Easter. I am getting better at posing for these blog pictures!
