Cooper

Cooper's family is away for a few days, so we have been going to his house to visit him everyday. He used to be scared of me, but now that he has been spending so much time alone he is ready to play every time we go to visit.

Eddie's Visit

Eddie lives with friends of Mom and Dad. They went out of town, so Eddie came to stay with us. Needless to say, he was very sad when they first left.
He went to the guest room and stared out the window hoping he would see them drive up.

I finally joined him to find out what he found so interesting...

We looked out the window for a LONG time, but we didn't see his family come back.

Now that he's been here a few days, Eddie is willing to leave the window and hang out with our family. We play hard, and then we rest hard!

Tuesday was Free Pastry Day at Starbucks. Apparently, they don't give free pastries to dogs, but they did give us a free cup of ice.

More Time with Avery and Owen

While the adults were inside helping get ready for Emry's first birthday party, Avery and Owen took me outside to blow bubbles.

They even took turns trying to pop them with me!

Myrtle Beach 2009

Last week we traveled to Myrtle Beach to spend time with Clemson and her family.

It took Clemson and me a little while to call a truce.

She always seemed to be in my bed for some reason.

We took a nice stroll on the beach...

...and she kept running in circles chasing the waves!

We finally decided that we can be friends...

...well, almost!

Playing with Walker

Walker and his parents stopped by tonight. I had a great time playing with Walker, but now I am exhausted!

So pitiful...

My eye started hurting yesterday evening, so this morning I went to see Dr. Fields. She found a small scratch on my eye and gave me some medicine. Then she said that I had to wear this dumb collar to keep my eye safe. Can you tell how happy I am about the situation?!?

A Visitor

This afternoon Dad noticed that we had a visitor on the front porch.

Look closely, he's hiding behind the bulldog...
We knew that he was alive; when Dad shook the bulldog, the bat moved his ears. When Mom pulled the bulldog away to get a better picture, he showed his fangs. But he never made a move to leave.

We left to take a walk at the park. When we got home it was dark, and our visitor was gone.
